Story
You probably know that I am most definitely, categorically, whole-heartedly NOT a runner... But I am also passionate about raising money to help ending modern day slavery. Justice & Care do incredible work supporting the victims of trafficking and stopping it happen in the first place. Therefore, I will be dragging my 6ft6, 120(ish)kg self around a 21 km course taking in the best sights London has to offer. BUT as I like to make these things more fun, I will be doing it in fancy dress. This is where you lovely people come in... YOU will get to choose what my fancy dress will be. Whoever (individual or group of people) donates the most, gets to choose (from a shortlist...) what I wear. Simples. Please give generously to this amazing cause, as this will be a HUGE challenge for me to complete! (Plus £715 of offline donations)
- £15 could pay for a simple hygiene pack for someone who has just been rescued from slavery in the UK
- £50 could help provide access to therapeutic services, helping a survivor come to terms with their experience
- £100 can help provide essential training to the police officers, prosecutors and the judiciary to help ensure those responsible for trafficking are brought to justice
